POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
GENERAL INFORMATION
- The Poster should be a clear visual presentation of your submitted abstract and must meet the following criteria as specified in the Formatting.
- The posters should be written in English.
- Kindly be advised that it is your responsibility to arrange for the printing of the poster independently.
- Please be aware that all posters will be removed and discarded if not retrieved by the presenter after each respective Poster session.
- On the first day of the conference, please register at the Registration Desk.
- Posters are viewable for one day only, following the respective assigned Poster session.
Formatting
Title of the Poster
- The title of the Poster should be the same as the submitted abstract. Slight modification, which does not change the idea of the abstract, is allowed.
Poster size and template
- The poster template is provided at the bottom of the page.
- The Poster should be on a single page, A1 size, in portrait orientation: 84.1x 59.4 cm.
Content of the Poster
- The Poster should contain:
- Title
- Authors and affiliation(s)
- Background
- Methodology
- Results
- Conclusion
- Acknowledgement, if any
- Try to keep the text clear and concise. It is recommended to use explanatory illustrations instead of text whenever possible.
Table(s) and Illustration(s)
- Participants are encouraged to use tables and illustrations such as graphs, figures, charts and images to make their presentations more attractive and more accessible to follow.
Poster Sessions
- Poster presenters are expected to explain their work to the interested attendees in front of their posters during the Poster session.
- All the Poster sessions will be held during specified times listed in the programme.
- Please ensure that all posters have already been mounted at least one hour prior to your session.
- Please tell us your choice of publishing a full paper with us via Google form before 9th October 2024.
