Please be informed that all presenters (ORAL & POSTER) are required to submit their abstract FIRST before making payment in the system.

Payment Method

The e-payment is preferable to be made through the USM EZConf portal. The e-payment link will be visible upon completion of registration.

Proof of Payments

For payments that are made using the EZConf site, participants are not required to take any additional steps; the system will immediately record the transaction details. A payment receipt will be created automatically upon completion.

For payment to be made through other methods, the participants must upload proof of payment (including the reference number) to the EZConf site. After transaction verification, a receipt will be generated.

Registration Policies

All fees are to be paid in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or US Dollar (USD).

Fees include all conference events.

In cases of withdrawal/cancellation of participation, the conference fees are non-refundable.
