It is our pleasure to welcome you as a presenter at the International Conference for Young Chemists (ICYC) 2026. Please read and follow the instructions below to ensure your presentation goes smoothly.

Online payment can only be done through EZConf. For offline payment or using Purchase Order (PO) form, please upload the payment receipt as proof in EZConf.

Submission Category

The Oral and Poster presentations are categorized into six research fields:

1.      Inorganic chemistry
Research areas: Radiochemistry & nuclear sciences, inorganic polymer, bioinorganic chemistry, coordination chemistry, geochemistry, organometallic chemistry, solid-state chemistry, synthetic inorganic chemistry, and industrial inorganic chemistry.

2.      Organic chemistry
Research areas: Macrocycles, liquid crystals, stereochemistry, medicinal chemistry, physical organic, natural product, and organic synthesis.

3.      Analytical sciences
Research areas: Chemometrics, food chemistry, forensic chemistry, halal research, green analytical chemistry & technologies, analytical biotechnology, environmental analysis, mechanochemistry, extraction & separation chemistry, pharmaceutical analysis, chemical sensors & biosensors, and chemically modified electrodes.

4.      Physical chemistry
Research areas: Electrochemistry, photocatalysis, surface chemistry, chemical kinetics, thermodynamics/thermochemistry, quantum chemistry, electroplating/electroless plating, environmental chemistry, and computational chemistry.

5.      Industrial chemistry
Research areas: material chemistry & advances materials, colloid chemistry, palm oil chemistry, corrosion chemistry & coating, chemistry in petroleum industry, and oleochemistry & polymer chemistry.

6.      Biochemistry
Research areas: pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmaceutical technology, food biochemistry, environmental biochemistry, proteomics, metabolomics, genomics, lipidomics, immunochemistry, glycomics, neurochemistry, biophysical chemistry, clinical biochemistry, and molecular biochemistry.

Submission Steps

1.      Submission of abstract/full manuscript can only be done through EZConf.
2.      Each participant is only allowed to submit one abstract and choose one presentation mode.
3.      Please name your abstract as ‘Abstract [Full Name of Presenter]’ and submit in .docx format ONLY.
4.      Upon submission, your abstract will be reviewed by appointed reviewers.
5.      The abstract acceptance with the abstract code will be emailed to the participants between 1st April and 16th May 2026.
6.      Participants should prepare the abstract/presentation slides or poster by following the respective guidelines.
7.      The submission deadline for abstracts is on 30th April 2026.
8.      Participants are recommended to submit your full manuscript to EZConf latest by 16th October 2026.
